ReturnOS

WooCommerce returns that get the money right.

A free returns plugin, plus a hosted portal your guest shoppers can use. Every refund matches what was actually paid.

The hosted returns portal: a shopper picks which items from their order to send back.

Built for the part where returns usually break.

Collecting a request is easy. Paying it back correctly is where other WooCommerce returns tools go wrong.

  • Refunds from what was paid

Amounts come from the order's stored line totals after discounts, so coupons and mixed tax rates refund correctly.

  • Gateways that cannot refund

Cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal after 180 days. Offer store credit, or get a tracked task to pay the shopper yourself.

  • Exchanges that price themselves

The replacement order sets the price. An upgrade collects the difference, a downgrade refunds it, tax included.

  • Guest checkout

Shoppers find their order by its number and their email. No account, no password.

  • The EU withdrawal button

Required since 19 June 2026. Two clicks and an emailed receipt, in the free plugin too.

  • Nothing paid twice

Each refund runs once. An unclear failure is checked against the store before anything is retried.

Every refund shows its math.

Goods and tax per line, read from the order itself, and the total before you approve. When the payment method cannot send money back, it says so up front.

A return in wp-admin: one jumper, 128.00 EUR goods plus 32.00 EUR tax, paid by bank transfer, so the refund becomes a manual payout.

Live in an afternoon.

  1. Install the plugin

Free, and a complete returns tool on its own: a Returns tab, a wp-admin queue, refunds in one click.

  2. Connect your store

One button in wp-admin. Return OS checks your payment methods and plugins before a shopper sees anything.

  3. Share your portal

Your order emails and My Account point to it. Returns land in one inbox, in English or Hebrew.

Try it on your own store.

14 days free, no card. 29 USD a month after that, or keep the free plugin.
