Questions
Does the plugin work without an account?
Yes. It is a complete returns tool on its own and sends nothing anywhere. Connecting a store adds the hosted portal, which takes over from the plugin's own forms.
What happens when the trial ends?
New returns go back to the free plugin's forms on your store. Returns already open in the portal run to the end, and nothing is deleted.
Which payment methods refund automatically?
Any WooCommerce gateway that supports refunds, such as Stripe and PayPal. For the rest, the refund is recorded on the order and you get a task to pay the shopper, or you can offer store credit.
Do you support multi-currency stores?
Not yet. A currency switcher changes what an order's totals mean, so Return OS keeps the hosted portal off on those stores rather than guess at a refund.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
